Seems like yesterday I posted pictures of Christmas 2013. And now a year later, I look at the pictures from 2014 and think about how lucky we all are to have each other. There are so many times I think about sharing the memories we a creating together with all of you, but something else always seems to take precedence. Not for this post, not this time!!! The joy on my children's faces was just to precious to have some mundane tasks get in the way of sharing their joy on Christmas 2014!

"Me too!" Is definitely the popular phrase with our little one these days. If big brother is painting, swimming, watching movies, and/ or riding his four wheeler you can bet money this mom and dad are hearing a,"me too, me too!" As she follows her big brother's every move. It's very obvious that our baby is no longer a baby anymore :( She is, however, a very strong willed, independent full blown toddler with spunk, kindness, and love all wrapped up in that little body of hers. She is also very daring, brave, fearless, and beautiful. We love her with all our hearts and our lives would not be the same without her. Now, stop growing so fast you little stinker!!!

Happy birthday baby girl!!! You have grown so much over the last year. You are beautiful, loving, spunky, and best of all belong to mom and dad. We love you more than you will ever know. Our lives would not be the same without your spunky little spirit running through the house.

Its been fivemonths since my last post and I feel like I should have to attend a weekly meeting for blog neglect, if there is such a meeting. I have so many thoughts and feelings I want to share, but don't even know where to begin. So, I guess I will start with LIFE!!!! Life has completely taken over since we moved into our new home. My little man started kindergarten and is growing and learning at the expected rate. Some days he loves school and other days not so much, but I guess you'll have that from a five year old that goes to school all day everyday. My little man recently joined the mighty mite wrestling team and is doing very well. Each meet is a learning experience and each meet he gets tougher and tougher, which I love watching. He is growing into a bright, athletic, tough, caring, kind, and loving boy. My daughter ( my baby) isn't a baby anymore. She is walking steadily, talking in full sentences, and is in full blown toddler mode (climbing, smiling, laughing, crying, coloring, trying to count, making demands, and testing the limits). She melts my heart with her smile and never ending questions! She is curious, bright, talkative, beautiful, caring, kind, and loving.
Both of my children capture my heart everyday by the little things they do and say. They are both so special to me, more than either one of them will ever know. There are more days then not that I lay in bed and reflect each days events and wonder, think about, hope, and believe that I am being the best mom I can be.
Here's to many more memories, not letting five months go by before I post about our life's events, and to a great and happy new year!!!!

The last two years we have taken Eddie to Idle Wild amusement park for our little mini family vacation get-a-way..... This year I wanted to do something we could all enjoy doing together as a family, and that something was Great Wolf Lodge! ANdi had a blast splashing around in the water and running down the long hotel hallways, and Ed, Eddie and I had a blast on the water slides together! We all enjoyed the pool and hot tubs together too! Great Wolf Lodge was just all around a great time for all of us and a memory we will never forget!
