Happy Grandparents Day

Where do I begin? The weeks are a blur, my son is growing like a weed, I can't remember one day from the next, and although we are always together I feel like I just can't get enough of my son, of my husband and of my family!!!
Since the school year has started we've been back into a really good routine. One thing I really enjoy is being around family and we've done just that. Our last three weekends have been spent with family. Three weeks or so ago, I took our son to my school districts home opener football game where we ate cookout type food with grandpa Mueller. Our son really enjoyed the marching band and I have a feeling he will like going to football games on Friday nights. The Friday at that I took our man to the kiddie park, with grandma Dresp, and then we went out to eat at Applebee's. This past weekend (LABOR DAY) we took our little man up to my husband's families cabin on the mountain tops of P.A.! It was our fist trip as a family together and we all enjoyed our time thoroughly... even though I was sick most of the trip. Our son loved pushing his mower up and down the mountain and my husband and I enjoyed riding our dirt bikes. It was also nice to spend time with grandma and grandpa Alberts!!! And then that leaves this weekend. With all the craziness and running around, I 've come down with a cold. And then I gave my cold to our son. It started last weekend when we were up at the cabin and it just hasn't gone away. So needless to say, we've bunkered down this weekend in hopes of getting rid of this nasty cold. And wouldn't you know? It just so happens to be Grandparents Day. We hope all grandparents are having a terrific day! And we wanted you all to know that we love you and have enjoyed speding time with you!!!!
