FTF (Hot for the Holidays)

OMG!!!! First I would like to say that if my Internet keeps cutting out on me and doesn't stay up and running I AM GOING TO PULL MY HAIR OUT!!! So I am going to make this quick. I am down one pound for FTF.

Here is what I did this week:

Saturday: 2.5 mile run with dogs, 3 sets of stairs at the park.
Sunday: OFF
Monday: 2.5 mile run with dogs, 2 sets of stairs at the park.
Tuesday: 3 miles on the elliptical, 1 mile walk.
Wednesday: 3 mile run on the track, 1 mile walk.
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 3 miles on elliptical, 1 mile walk.

I took a few days off this week because I have not been feeling very good the last two weeks. I decided to go to the doctor's and it was determined the I did indeed have a bug. Like I didn't have enough problems not being able to connect to all of you. But I am here and alive and my baby is growing by the minute so I won't complain to much.

Speaking of my baby, he has been on solid foods for about two weeks now. He is growing bigger by the minute. Oops, I already said that but he is he is getting so big. He is five months old and wears nine month old clothes which are already starting to get small! So far, he is not a big fan of carrots (but that's probably because I didn't know to heat them, MOTHERHOOD FOR DUMMIES-I told you that I am so in that club!!!) but is tolerating the sweat potatoes. Believe me- I have pictures coming!!!!

Well, that is it for now.... I can't believe I finished this post and didn't get my live line cut!!! YAY!!!

Congrats on your 1 lb loss for the week. Sorry to hear that you haven't been feeling well...but your workouts were awesome considering your "bug". It's good to let your body have a couple days of rest. ;-) Good luck on your workouts next week.

I, too, have a little one who is 5 months, tomorrow in fact....also wearing 9 month clothes. My little princess just enjoys eating. :-)
